Abs system removal? (1 Viewer)

So I pulled the ABS fuse on my 95 cruiser right after I bought it because a sensor was bad causing the ABS to kick in every time I break. I dislike ABS any way so no biggie. Well now I am in the process of dropping a Cummins into and have the motor and tranny out and realize dang that big ABS block seems like a lot of wasted space right now. There has to be something cooler that would fit there like an air compressor or something.

So
Has anyone ever tore theirs out or does it do other valuable things like balance breaking pressures front, back, and side to side?
