About to reinstall turbo,13bt after exhaust manifold tap. Anyting I should do before?

Essentially while its broken down would like some advice on anything I should or shouldnt do to the turbo.

It seemed to be operating fine prior to removal, however no idea of boost as there was no gauge prior to.

Would a rebuild be a waste of money?
What about these adjustable waste-gates I see from Mamba?
OR just replace the whole thing?

Ive got a little bit of time while my dash gets powdercoated and I finish wiring in my power converter and condenser install.

Ive seen that Mamba stuff ,very cheap . Maybe its quality,who knows,we need a test pilot. I'm pretty sure turbos can be bench tested to see if they need work

how it's axial play on yours ..? and oil seals .. ?

Hadn't checked yet. Prolly just gonna put it all back together and save up for an upgrade down the line. I really just want to start driving again.
