Abnormal Tire Wear Diagnosis

'05 LX470 with AHC, 107K miles, ~30k on these tires, have been rotated except the past 7k miles. My shocks aren't leaking and without taking them off to test they appear to be in good working order. Shock cushings (rubber bushings) do appear cracked and in bad shape though.

Both front tires appear to have abnormal wear on the outer edges. I believe both have feathering since i can feel smooth one way and rough the other way, but not sure whether this would also be called cupping and/or chopping.

Any tire wear experts with some suggestions?

I had this issue for a while. I had them set the toe near .0 and a negative camber ( I believe -.3). Handles much better and has stopped the abnormal tire wear. I will try and find my specs. On the books they are out of spec, but real world results show no outer wear or feathering.
