Hi everybody ! I`ve just bought a Toyota Colorado VX , 1997.

My plan is to prepare this car so it could be used by E.M.A. Foundation volunteers from Romania in their " extreme ambulance " rescue missions. ( EMA - Emergency Medical Assistance ) :steer:

Today were done oil&filters and timing belt. Monday it will have 4 new tyres : Insa Turbo Ranger 265/70/16.

Next I would like to do :

1. Suspension lift ( 2-3 inches )
2. Change front bumper + winch
3. Shields under it
4. Snorkel
5. Roof rack

I`m located in UK , and if it is someone here to help me with informations regarding any points from above, it would be so great. :D
Just please consider that I`m trying to prepare this car for saving lives , and I`m looking for a fair cost/value products and /or service. I`m paying for this car, but NOT FOR ME .

Thank you very much Daniel !

Today I`ve done wheel alignment and 2 new Bosh batteries fitted.

I do have a very BIG question right now : Is it legal to fit a front bumper ? For UK I mean, because this car will remain registered in UK , as long as to register in Romania would be more expensive than the car itself. :bang:

The cheapest bumper, roof rack and snorkel I found them on Freeways Lattitude - SV4x4 . Does anyone know if I could find cheaper than this ?

P.S. The "EVOLUTION" of this humanitarian non-profit project you can see on Facebook , here : https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.372162946140600.88052.100000406940598&type=3

The link doesn't seem to be working or I'm doing something wrong. :)

The FB still doesn't seem to work...grrrrr! The video is great though...did you drive? Looked like a really fun course and the announcer singing along with the music was great too. :D
