Don't knock RHD....you're almost out-numbered.

That 45 is really nice. Looks familiar for some reason.......

That 40 looks like it at least had some tub work by Wally. I don't think he usually rounds the wheel openings, and that's a rough job from the looks of it.

I sent some questions about the 40, just out of curiosity.

Just saw this in the local classifieds as well (again, no affiliation)

1971 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ-40 4x4 with 7' plow and
8' International trailer, runs good $3500. 802-728-4301 eves

And no, I'm not "looking." :P

I believe that 40 is a former co-worker with wally. They had a falling out and the dude is trying to sell it. Wouldnt touch it with a 10ft pole, I have an idea of what his reserve is...

I dig the 45 PU, its as nice as it looks in the pictures, The Crussierparts.net guys use it as their shop truck :D

Scrach that first statement, it isnt the truck I thought it was. Defenitly not a wally tub though, at closer inspection it has round wheel wells.

not a wally tub.

Also not his painter, that truck was similar, but not it. Worth a look. He would probably know whose it is, but not one I know of. Give him a call if you are looking at it, he will most likely know about it.

This was the response I got to my questions..

Dear sporinmorin,
1968 Landcruiser:
Disc brakes - No
Power steering - No
3 speed - yes
Cut and turn - not sure. Like I said it was that way when we bought it.
Rust - no major rust
Interior - at least fair for a 68. There are no back seats. only the front.

Thanks for the questions,

Laurie

RHD is fine! Jsaltlick is right on that you maybe out numbered on that opinion. There are quite a few of us out here and I will tell you, takes all of 5 minutes to get used to it.

Its a very clean looking 45, no doubt! Hmmm, I can't guess why it might look familiar to you.....

What you got something against RHD 45s???:o

I would buy a rhd if I lived in a country that drove on the left side but I just don't want it here. I"m sure I can get used to it but i just don't want to.

If all of England can do it anyone can do it.......a-n-y-o-n-e......

Feel free to spend double on a LHD.
