A New Source For Expedition Equipment Here In So Cal!!!

I am proud to announce that there is a new Overland Outiftter here in So Cal!

My friend Verny and i have teamed up to create Baja Overland LLC.

Website: www.bajaoverland.com

We are both 80 Series Land Cruiser guys, but the site is non vehicle specific.

We have hand picked what we feel are only the very best vendors/items for offroad exploration and vehicle modifications.

We are based here in San Diego and frequent the Baja Pennisula.

We are proud to be dealers for:

-Garmin Navigation Products
-Lowrance Navigation Products
-iCom Communications
-Eezi-Awn Roof Tents
-Vision X Offroad Lighting
-Old Man Emu Suspension Systems
-ARB
-Viking Offroad Synthetic Winchline
-Adventure Medical Kits First Aid Kits
-Mobi-Arc onboard welders
-Zodi Outback Camp Showers
-Odyssey Batteries (FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ODYSSEY BATTERIES)
-Lifeline Batteries
-Power Gate Dual Battery Isolators

And a lot more coming soon!

We are also working with a local race car builder on some custom 30 gallon high clearance 80 series Aux Tanks! :D

We will also be carefully documenting installs of each product we sell as we install them on our own rigs to share with folks online.

Please take a minute to check out our site at: http://www.bajaoverland.com and drop us a line at: info@bajaoverland.com to let us know what you think!

You will notice the site is geared to 80 Series Land Cruisers because that is what we know best. We will be adding and other vehicles shortly and as they are requested!

Thanks for reading and we looking forward to traveling with ya!

Again! Congrats!

Yep, Congrats Kevin. I hope your new Cruiser endeavor goes well.

I have only been doing business with Baja Overland for a short while, but I have found Kevin's gear to be exactly as described with quick shipping and most importantly, backed by someone with real-world knowledge about what he is selling.

Thanks and best wishes on your venture.

Jim

Nice!

We'll be doing business soon.

Said it before Congratulations and good luck. I am confident you will do well.

Proud to say I was one of his first customers and the service was great. Kevin followed up to make sure everything went well (and it did). No problems recommending them.

Looking forward to seeing what/how the 30 gal aux tank turns out.

Good luck on the business, best of luck.

Jack

Good Luck with your business....The site looks very nicely put together.....Looking forward to doing business with you in the future.

That's cool-Is your partner the guy that was with you when you met us in Anza last year to get Pasquale's fuel tank?

Congrats!
will check the site!
keep us posted on this tank thing... :)

The site is awesome. I'm also proud to be a customer....got myself a GPS and an airjack. Great service...but that is to be expected.

Now, I'm just waiting for Kevin to develop an on board water system....

Congrats Kevin!

Cheers,
David...

Let me know how the airjack works for you. Depending upon your weight i heard from someone in the 'for sale' section that it couldn't lift his 80 series fully loaded. We are 7,200+ lbs and that's why i've held off on buying one.

I tried one at SnT last year and it worked. We were able to jack it up in the sand and pull off the tire. If you want to borrow it and give it a shot let me know.

That's good to hear. Maybe the guy that was selling his didn't know how to use it

Good to see, how about a mud or SC 80's discount :D off the those regular prices?

Yes Sir! That would be him! I figured if anyone else was as crazy as me to drive 3 hours into the middle of the desert in middle of the night to pick up a Cruiser part, pick up said part, turn around and drive directly home he had the same sickness i do! :D

Scotty B and i used it on the ARB FJCruiser when i was in AZ with him and it lifted it in SECONDS!

This thing was loaded to the hilt, sure, not as much as your truck, but it was packed! :D

They are a bit tricky, if the exhaust hose is kinked even a tiny bit it doesnt work all that well, much easier with 2 people

I knew that would come up sooner or later, that was quick! :D

A lot of these products are displayed at M.A.P (Minimum Advertised Price) and we cant sell a lof of the items for less then shown on our website.

Plus, we have a good chunk invested into this and need to operate conservatively @ the beginning.

But, the stuff we stock (at the moment is all the 80 OME Springs and Shocks line), i can arrange for local pickup or delivery for free!

This is all new to us, so please be patient as we iron out some details and such.

I assure you, the site and product lineup is going to be growing tremendously in the next couple months, so please stay tuned!
