Customer service is still out there it is just getting harder and harder to find. Kevin is an exeption to the rule and provides just that. Seems that most of the 80 series supliers seem to be good. Must be something about those who love the 80.

They are a bit tricky, if the exhaust hose is kinked even a tiny bit it doesnt work all that well, much easier with 2 people

Also, I had to cut the tip of the tailpipe so it is straight otherwise exhaust will leak out before going into the hose. Does that make sense???

anyway, there is like a bevel cut at the end of the exhaust (my oem exhaust is the same way) you can't get a proper seal unless the end is cut straight.
