My ps pump is fine but the cap wiggles and shoots out ps fluid going up hills. Could I just use regular "gasket make" that you get in a tube at auto zone? Also with all the dents on my rig from the roll over I was in what is the best way for be to go it? I don't need pretty I just would like to make the noticeable one a little less notable.

I tried a hammer but I didn't get much luck... A buddy told me to blowtorch the area a little and it will become more mailable but I don't know about that haha. Thoughts?

why does the cap wiggle? I can't see how the gasket maker would hurt but you could probably get a new to you cap from the parting section for not much more than the gasket maker.

what kind of hammer were you using? I wouldn't use the blowtorch. honestly though, I don't see a panel on the truck that isn't completely dented. Is this your daily driver or just a toy?

Haha got that cap ordered... 30 bucks though.... My rig is just a trail toy, I have just never done ANY kind of body work and I am starting to get frustrated with it...

spotted this in grayton beach in October:

If I ever roll mine it will end up like this in a very short time.

Seen it....

My Sister lives not far from where this cruiser is. The first time I saw it, all I could think was "How do you get up the nerve to make the first cut." Those are some serious rod holders on the back though.

My cap was leaking.. I took out the old gasket and flipped it over. Seals tight now
