First off, those bastids kept me up way too late last night, like til 9:30! And then had to drink mexican beer throughout the whole meating!

Also, we're thinking of a ride soon, most likely Morris Mtn, mid July. And since no one said this is a private ride, well, everyone is welcome, even heeps since we have one of those in our club (he loves frogs, ask him if you meat him). If this happens, it will be very casual: show up and wheel, nothing organized, mainly because we ain't organized. And when i say casual, i mean netwt12 might try to moon you mid-flop...
As we nail a date down, we'll post up, but tentatively the 18th weekend i think... I'm not good with numbers.

meatings are far better than meetings.

I know there was some talk of a ride on the 18th buried in the stoney lonesome thread, how is morris mountain for a truck on 35's or 33's with one locker? Can you do anything or is it better for hard-core rigs?

Plenty to do there on those sized tires. Alot of Fj Cruisers have even been. There's something for everyone and it's easy for stockers to get everywhere and watch the big rigs play as well.
it's not expedition style riding at all though, you jump from obstacle to obstacle with level 2 trails connecting them.

Hopefully, I can make it! I am tired of wearing my tires down on the asphalt...rocks do a faster job and you have more fun doing it!

What he meant by "meating" refers to the amount of meat consumed during the meeting...especially Conecha which has now become a favorite in the cruiser community on a national scale.

it's only spicy when Joey shows up with his thong on backwards.

Quit a meaty thread ya'll got goin on hear. Morris Mountain sounds rather meaty as well.

Auburn is alot like Mimphus

I will have my trailer by then maybe me a werd can get together and make the trip. Unless I have my transmission swaped by then I be stuck on the spectator trail.

Joey's "uncle" Fred is suppsoed to contact Randy or Chris about that weekend b/c by their new rules they are closed-only open the 2nd and 4th weekends now, but we'll see. Also, I understand that the course for the race there on August may already be setup and marked off so I'm not sure how that plays into everything either. I'll post up again when I know more.

i'm not sure what my schedule will look like with the new job but i'll be there if i can.
