A few FJ-80 questions (1 Viewer)

Hey guys,

I'm a newbie to this disscusion board but have had my cruiser for almost two years. I have a few questions feel free to answer any, all, or just say hello. Vehicle specs. will be in sig. line

1. Will 93-98 factory cruiser wheels fit a 91? If so, what is the largest size tires I can run?

2. Does anyone make an exhaust header for a 91 cruiser? Is so, any opinions?

3. My windows (electric) are slow to go up and down in cold weather. Can anyone tell me how to remedy this before I take the door panel off?

4. I have noticed a clunking noise when riding through the neighborhood and let off the gas. My first thought is u-joints. Any other ideas?

1. 93-97 are 6 lug so will fit but they are 16" vs your current 15" - they will fit though. 98+ are 5 lug

2. Yes, but they are a waste of cash

3. Search the archives and FAQ - slow windows have been addressed a ton of times.

4. Can you give more details?

check the FAQ on tire sizes that will fit your vehicle.

check the faq on drivetrain clunks for the drivatrain clunk. you could do worse than to start by adjusting your throttle cable.

Got nothing to add since it seems as though your questions have already been answered.

Guys...you should know by now...Junk gets this way every month around this time...actually I think his cycles are every 28 days or so...
