I've had the floppy glass problem already, but today my passenger side(right side) mirror housing was flopping around. I got out to check it and the glass mirror is fine; the housing in which it rests was loose and rotating. I found a flat U-shaped metal bracket wedged between the bottom of the mirror housing and the part that attaches to the door. I removed the metal bracket. Now the mirror housing folds has no resistance so it folds in towards the side window while I drive if I'm going over, say, 40mph. Is there a parts diagram showing where the bracket goes, or is it self-evident if I take the mirror out?
