My 1997 LX450 is a little low on R134a and wanted to do a recharge and opened the hood to find 3 Charge Ports ?? Which ones do I use ??

The one with the cap on it that says "L". It stands for low pressure side. "H" stands for high pressure side.
If you are using the store bought can for recharging it should only fit on one fitting, the L side I believe. The fittings should be different sizes IIRC.
The upside down one is another high side port. I just use the L and H that you can see in the photo. To recharge you will use the L port.
This is correct. If you look the other port is just slightly upstream of the compressor mounted H. I used the one on the hose, but either works fine. As stated above, the fittings will only fit their intended port.
