this just started. when you start the car with a/c on, it blows, but doesn't get cols. if you turn off a/c button. wait five-ten seconds then turn it back on, it gets nice and chilly. seems to be doing this pretty much everytime now, and it was all of a sudden. any ideas? thanks,

pm me to remind me tomorrow to ask a tech

i work at an infiniti dealer ;)

DONE!!!! thanks, brah, greatly appreciated. it's hot here. well, not the last couple of days, but dallas in august ain't nothing to sneeze at!!!

clear out your pm box.
i'll redo here.

my tech says to make sure that your a/c mode is not on economy.
and make sure your compressor kicks on

you also may have a grounding issue.
with the car off and key out of the ignition, un-plug the harness to the ECU, wait a second or two, then plug it back it.
do the same with the a/c relay under the hood.

check those out and see what happens

DEFINITELY not in economy mode. we are just barely out of august in dallas. economy and cool don't go hand in hand in that weather!!!

that makes some sense. it sounds weird when it's working, so that could explain it.

check those out and see what happens

i will try these on sunday, when the wife and i are both home. i'll let you know what happens.
thanks again, i really appreciate it! it helps stop that nagging, achy feeling i get in my ears!!!
