a/c control panel on LHD LC70 - help (1 Viewer)

Hello
i can't find the right control panel number
i have the complete real a/c (very cold !) assembly , from a lhd kzj73 (don't have the original car vin of the donor)
only ref i find is 55910-90K02 (lhd without a/c) and 55910-60230 (rhd with a/c) but on rhd button is opposite...so not good

can someone help ?
below is what i am looking for but for a lhd

after searching, 55910 - 60230 ...seems out of production...
