I have a JDM HZJ77 with a/c. When I run it on a hot day condensate water comes out of the bottom of the housing in front of the center shift console into both the driver (RHD) and passenger side areas. I blows out on the carpet and runs down the side of the trans hump. Is this a common occurance? Is there a drain somewhere that is plugged that is not allowing the condensate to run outside the vehicle? My thought was perhaps due to the level of humidity, the evaporator coil is so cold that it is freezing up and then thawing and shooting out water. Any insights would be apprecieated.

All I can suggest is a blocked drain. See if there is any water dripping underneath the truck. If there is, you might be able to use some wire to unblock it from underneath.

look for # 88539 at bottom of pic, rubber hose going through floor for dripping condensed water outside beneath vehicle.

Get an air compressor with a sprayer nozzle and blow up the evaporator drain line on the underside of the truck. You have spiders/dirt in there.

X2. I think it comes out on the right side of the truck.

Thanks gents. I'll dig around underneath the area under the firewall and see if i can find it. Much apprecieated!
