99 LX470 Rear Level Control Connection

[Mark Chester]

My Son has a 99 LX470 and the rear level control switch arm has broken at the connection to the body/frame.
Where it is broke looks to be a strap with holes
I cannot tell where it was connected (It appears to be on the control arm but I can say for sure)
Can anyone get a photo or description of where the end should be connected?
