'99 LX 470 OEM wood steering wheel/shifter options?

Hey guys,

Have a '99 LX 470 and I am wondering what year wood steering wheel and the wood shifter can I install in mine?

1998-2002 use the same wheel. Ebay has some decent looking leather/wood wheels that a few members have bought for around $200 - $300. I believe, a Lexus shifter from the same year should swap over. Not sure if a 5-speed transmission knob is different from the 4-speed.

5 speed shift knob is smaller, 4 speed is bigger.
