I have been offered a rear axle assembly from a 99 LC with the factory locker and all the hardware. I have a 2001. Will my 01 have all of the correct connectors to make the swap? How many banana's is the swap in terms of difficulty?
Connectors as in for the electronics for the locker or are you talking like mounting points, brake lines and whatnot?
I believe the gearing didn't change until 2003 but I could be wrong, outside of that everything else should bolt right up, at most you might have to do some wiring yourself to have the locker function, but the knockout for the switch is there.
