Trade 99 4Runner - lifted & locked --- trade for built FJ40 (WA/OR)

1999 4runner SR5 - factory rear e-locker, ARB locker in the front, Old Man Emu suspension lift, ARB front bumper with 8k Warn winch & IPF dual-beam offroad lights. Running on brand new KM2's mounted to M/T simulated beadlock wheels. Leather, sun/moon roof and all the options. Small crease in driver's door. otherwise clean inside and out. Runs and drives perfectly, just had a tune-up and steering bushings replaced/alignment. 158k. Would like to trade for a trail built FJ40, either straight across or I will add cash to the deal for the right rig. Looking for $7900 for this one if I sell versus trade. Interested. Timing belt/water pump been done? Any other maintenance? Rust?

Timing belt was last done at 117k. The only place there may be just a little bit of surface rust is on the ARB bumper at the shackle attachment points down low. The shackles will rub a little paint off there, but that can be easily touched up. In the last 4 months or so it's had a full tune-up, new front shocks (Old Man Emu), new rack bushings & tie rod end, tires/wheels balanced, alignment, and the usual oil change. It's also got an Optima red-top that's been in less than a year.
