99 100 3rd row seat missing

Do any 99 Landcruiser come without 3rd row seats? Im looking to purchase one that is missing the 3rd row. The seller claims they were never there.. Is this possible?

Edit: Seat belts are missing too and so is the roof rack?

Yes, the 3rd row seat was optional... though most came with it. I'd also check for rear AC, sunroof and maybe cloth interior.

I have never seen a truck without them included. I have a third row I could sell you. Grey color. I'm in Phoenix. I could be convinced to pull the seat belts for you, as well, if you are interested. Thx.
 
I just had the seller take pictures of wheel wells and there are no visible holes or at least they are covered by the wheel well cover.. Also the brackets are missing that the fold up seat swings on.

My question is that if I buy the all the parts needed will the seat belts work properly in case of an accident? Is there any electrics missing from back there that was not included.. I'm concerned about pulling the trigger because by kids are going to always gravitate to sitting in the last row..

I hope I'm not over thinking stuff here...

Well if there are no third row seats, then you won't have to worry about your kids sitting back there right? Just leave it alone and your kids have no choice but to sit in the middle row. Or am I missing something obvious?
 
I've been waiting for this day!!! I have a 3rd row and seatbelts if you wanna buy them! Send me a pm. But yes, they were optional to my knowledge but most came with.
 
Lol... Yeah it does have leather and a sunroof.. It even has that rear stereo thing under the console... I may have to take a couple of you up on the rear seats and hardware and seats needed to add that third row..

I have thought about passing it up but the cruiser is in tip top shape and only has 90k on her.. Besides like someone mentioned earlier the missing parts can definitely give me some bargaining power..

Here is a picture of the wheel well.. Notice there is no where to attach the bolt for the seat belt.. Sorry this is the only picture I have for now... Im supposed to go see it Saturday.. I'll post more pictures then...

Did I mention it has no roof rack either... It is a unicorn indeed...
 
Are there bolts on the floor for the 3rd row to bolt into? You should have 8 decent sized bolt holes across the floor for the seats to attach too. I can't see your picture.

I'm not sure if the bolt holes are behind the plastic in the D pillar...
 
How are you sure of that when a replacement floor pan comes in 3 different types 1) no 3rd seat 2) w/ 3rd seat 3) w/ 3rd seat and AC?
