So, the story goes...
A mechanic has possession of the vehicle with $2200 owed.
The vehicle is trashed, wiring harness torn apart.
It has lockers but both axles need full rebuilds.
body is destroyed. "3 straight panels on the whole truck"
etc.....
I offered $1000 as is and he said he has a better offer.
We shall see.
