Glad Someone asked!
It's an HQ mechanical temp gauge installed right before original warranty expired. It's a priceless addition to any Cruiser, knowing Toyota factory temp gauges aren't as reliable!

Thanks. Makes sense. Certainly looks to be one of the cleanest 80 series I've seen in a long time with what I consider very reasonable mileage. With all else original, I couldn't help but be curious about the gauge.

Anyone who is interested in this car, please be aware that it has been in a accident, and the air bags did deploy.
