96 taco fuel pump

Ok I've heard great comments about this site from the off roaders at work. Here goes, I'll edit my profile after this post. My 96 4x with a 5VZ-EF has 350K and all service at reular intervials. My fuel filter change every 80K, last filter at 330K, went to work, came out 8hr later, will crank over but It will not start. I have spark at all 3 coil pacs, I broke loose the fuel line next to fuse box and cranked it, ON fuel. I switched out the EFI relay with the tail relay, no fuel. Both relays work in the tail slot. So both are good, and efi, ingition, and start fuses all good. What am I missing? anything else to rule out a bad Fuel pump? Is there an emergency fuel shut off switch I can't find? Is there a sensor under the intake I need to test? Thanks for all your feed back in advance, Dave.

Pull the line off the filter and see if it sprays...into a bottle.
