Does anyone know what the North American CURT class 3 hitch part number (or other manu) is that
would fit my 2002 RZJ95 Prado?

The GX470 hasn't been made for a number of years. They redesigned it and became the GX460. If the frame changed not sure. Also not sure how close the 4th generation 4Runner frame is to the Prado. Those are much more common since it seemed everyone had trailer hitch.

I am looking at the same issue with my 97 VZJ95W and the Curt 13087 looks like the one..
