Hey guys,

So I’ve got this problem I’ve been chasing. I’ve got a 94, starts and idles fine. Throttle responds normally in P. Takes about 10 minutes to get to temp, and when I put it in drive the throttle is barely there, I have to smash it to the floor and it almost Boggs down/sputters until almost 2k rpms, after a while, things get somewhat normal- but there is still a lack of power until 2k rpms.
Ideas??

Have a code for o2 sensor- but have a straight pipe… not sure if that would/could make a difference…
Thanks for any advice!

If you have a code for O2 sensor I would start there. 93-94 sensors are in front of the cats so it doesn’t matter what’s been removed behind them.

I’ll give that a try 1st. I’ll try to disconnect and drive with it… see what happens

Do you still have the pair system installed? If so you can remove it and put the O2 sensors in the exhaust manifold. It keeps them out of harms way from under the truck.
