The good
Runs great
Starts right up every time
Brakes are recently done, 100 series pads up front
Lockers lock up quickly
Heat/ AC work awesome
Tracks true down the road, no wobble or drift
Have a ton of extra parts that go with it
Comes with factory service manual
Rust free Desert Southwest truck

The bad
Small PS leak, have the o-ring that is the fix
Reverse lights dont work, corroded connector above the starter, have a used part that should fix it
Small oil leak, either rear main seal or upper pan arch seal. Never drips on the ground, just a little wet
It has the usual pinstriping, nothing too severe
Rear bumper corners have been scratched up pretty good, but they are still attached!
Leather is pretty tore up as usual, the foam is good though
Steering column cover is off, I have a decent one to replace it
Still has a driveline vibe up front around 65mph, cant find it

More pics available. All in all it has been a fantastic truck.
I hate to let it go, but life calls!!

Finally, I can post! Way to go Steve! Joining the Durango Gang of 80's.

Daisy 53, you may not remember, but I contacted you last year while on the hunt for an 80, asked you who in your chapter could look at one in ABQ or Santa Fe...can't remember specifically. I ended up with a white 94 from Arkansas that is completely this 80's doppleganger. Steve is pretty much my Landcruiser mentor having sold me my first cruiser (a 76 fj55) for $1500 and carried me while I made payments....Small world. Sorry you had to let it go but so happy it went to Steve and Sarah!

Here's mine

I do remember that, glad to see that you found a nice one! Im sure that Steve and Sarah will enjoy it as much as I did!
Glad that you have another one in your group!
I will sure miss that truck...
Daisy

It has a seriously loving home...
I know a couple things:

I know the engine compartment is SERIOUSLY clean and beautiful.
I know you're bummed you had to sell it.
I know you gave Steve a great deal and that the cruiser gods shine on you because of it
I know that congratulations are in order ;P

I hope some day you get to see the 40 he built...
Here they are side by side.
