My 1991 LJ78 Prado is for sale; 140,000 km. The engine (2lte) runs well but occasionally won't start. No fuel to the injectors. Then you wait a while, and it fires up and runs fine. I believe it's a short in the rpm sensor or spill control valve as everything else in the fuel supply is replaced. Therefore it probably needs a new fuel pump. The truck is in good shape; minor scratches. New brakes all round, Old Man Emu shocks, batteries last year, 2.5" exhaust, upgraded 3b head at 90,000 km, new alternator at 115,000, etc. I don't have time for the monkey wrenching anymore. $3,000.
