Buying a 100 in CO, Denver area, flying in to pickup, then driving it back East. It has 95K miles, and has not has the 90K TB service done yet. I'm concerned about driving the 2200 miles home on the original TB, as the truck spent it's first seven years in the desert. Hot and dry {and rust free!}. I just don't want to chance it.
Our son has just moved to Summit County, and he can help me coordinate getting this done. Or, I can spend a couple of days with him, while the work is done. We can figure out the logistics.
The truck is in great shape, and has been very well cared for. My son, who's very knowledgable, checked it out. What I'd like to do is have the 90K service done as a baseline: All fluids, filters, coolant flush, drive belts, TB, WP, thermostat, radiator hoses, crank and cam seals, plugs. I'm more concerned with the quality of the work, and being able to have a conversation or two to line this up, than the actual price....though I don't want to get hosed, price wise. Everything else checks out fine, and will be fine for the drive home.

I would appreciate any thoughts on a mechanic, indie shop, or even a good Toyota dealer to do the work. Denver, Boulder, Summit County....even Vail Valley.
