Under the hood
I am trying to help my buddy get his '87 Accord back on the road. There is no fuel to the injection rail. When I turn the key I can't hear the fuel pump turn on. I pulled the plug on the fuel pump at the tank, and couldn't find power at the leads with the ignition turned either.

I tested all the fuses in the cab and under the hood, according to the multimeter, they're fine. Any thoughts on what else could be causing lack of power to the pump?

Engine cranks just fine, plenty of juice in the battery and I get good spark at all the plugs.

Any help is appreciated.

A'ight, I think I actually solved my own problem with copious amounts of internet trolling. In case someone ever does a search on this - the issue ended up being a bad fuel pump relay.
