Ok, so decided to sell my 84 VW GTI. Looking for $3K. Have 5-6K invested. It's a solid daily driver with 185k and is getting 30mpg.

Willing to make a trade for a 40 series project.

I'm the second owner and I have all of the stuff from the original owner.

Goodies:

Audi 1000 Throttle body
Kamei Rear scoop
H&R Race Springs, Bilstein Sport Struts
Federal Tires
Eurosport subframe & rear cross bar.
Short shift kit.
MKIII dual outlet manifold
Poly Engine Mounts
Techtonics Tuning Stainless downpipe, cat, and Borla SS muffler.
New plugs, wires, cap & rotor.
New Mintex brake pads.
Wheel Bearings all around.
New thermostat
EMPI Axels, CVs and Seals.
New Clutch.
New Alternator + Battery
New Bosch Fuel Pump, check valve and Accumulator
H4 Headlights

A/C is there, but the compressor failed...I got a new one and it failed as well.

Here are some pics.

Still looking for a buyer or trader on this thing. Some locals have expressed interest but it's not yet gone. I changed the oil this weekend and took it out in the nice weather...makes driving the LC really feel like a school-bus.

My neighbor (fuel testing chemist) was saying that he thinks gas prices are going to go up even further. This thing gets great gas mileage.

Still have my rabbit if anyone is looking for a good daily driver.

I picked up a new, more kid friendly, daily driver so this guy has been retired to the garage. It's still available if someone is looking for a well maintained VW for getting around. 3K obo or would be willing to trade for a 40 project.

had some interest in this but fell through.

If anyone wants a rabbit let me know.

PM sent back, also email sent.

Classic car and fun to drive!

Yup, this is the fun one of the bunch...and gets the best mileage out of all of our vehicles no matter how hard you are on the throttle.

SOLD!!
