1984 FJ60 with 220k miles. $9,500 (415) 381-1133 -Paul
I am the third owner - first kept it on a ranch in NorCal until a year ago. 2nd owner did a significant amount of engine, tran and suspension work. This vehicle is a tank and I love it, but I just bought an 86FJ62 and I can't have two of these puppies around. She just passed CA smog and registration is current to Aug of '08.

EXTERIOR

-Repainted in factory color 'strong blue' circa 2000. Paint is shiny
& in great shape, with the usual rock chips from highway driving in
front & Marks and imperfections on the doors & sides from trail
driving and the like. Virtually NO rust on the body. The only spot of
corrosion I can find is seen in the close pic at the rear right
taillight and is about the size of a pencil eraser.
there's a medium sized dent on left rear bumper.
-New windshield in 2006
-Hella High powered driving lights mounted in factory holes on
bumper. New H4 Halogen headlights.
-Custom welded-to-frame tow hitch beneath rear bumper
-new factory marker lights in 2006
-SOR larger 'aussie style' rear view mirrors (originals included with
sale)

MECHANICAL + DRIVETRAIN

Full Old Man Emu Off-road suspension, expertly installed by
Mudrak Custom Cruisers in Feb 2007. Aprox. 3" lift. Reversible,
greasible heavy-duty shackles +steering stabilizer + new polyurethane bushings all around. amazing improvement.
-New BF Goodrich 31 inch All Terrain tires in April 2007. This OME
suspension cost over $2000 and will accept 33' tires with no
additional mods.
-Recent tune up/valve adjustment / air/oil/emissions filter change in
May 2007.
-Rebuilt Transfer case a few years back.
-Heavy duty OPTIMA battery
-New oilpan + engine gaskets in February 2007 -- No Oil leaks!
-NO exhaust manifold / EGR cooler leak! (common problem - fixed Feb '07)
-First owner brought emissions system up to spec in 2004 with new
Cat. Converter + More. Passed last CA smog test (June 2007) easily.
-New Toyota factory Steering pump + rebuilt steering box, Feb 2007 $500
-New fuel pump + starter motor + heavy duty (45amp) alternator since April 2007 $1000
INTERIOR
-Very clean and unmodified/unmolested condition. Some small tears in the vinyl sides of the seats, including the very common crack in the driver's seat on the door side. Carpet has some stains and some fading, with the rear cargo area being the most worn. New carpet would make this FJ60 look almost brand new inside.
-Original dash is in great shape with no cracks
-AC and heater both work great - Rear Heater works insanely well, you could cook your dinner with it.
-Headliner is super clean, one small flaw near tailgate repaired long
