In/Out are both on the (traditional) driver's side, but in this case it's the passenger side. I took it apart and there's almost zero fluid travel from one port to the other.

If anyone has one for sale, please let me know, I'm located near Portland, OR. SOR does seem to have one that *might* fit, but if you've got one please contact me.

Thanks!

The BJ44 radiators were a bit of a mixed bag. There's a discussion on this somewhere. Maybe took place in the BJ44 registry. I'd attach a link but I'm using the phone ap. Anyway some 44s came as pictured above. Mine is different. Has upper fitting on driver's side (right). I think Folkert's truck is like yours.

Generally speaking on vehicles with a "B series" engine, if the vehicle does not have power steering the upper hose connection is on the right side (on a right hand drive vehicle). If the vehicle has power steering, the upper hose connection is on the left side of the radiator (on a right hand drive vehicle.) The water outlet, exiting the block, will also exit on the left side (on right hand drive vehicle.) The change was done to clear the power steering pump. However, it would not surprise me if some non power steering vehicles came with the left side parts.

Probably cheaper to just have one built. I will have one for sale soon if you are not in a rush... I am looking to replace mine with a custom one...
