I just built my JD2 model 3 bender and my 3/4" round die arrived. I am looking for design ideas for a 1/2, 3/4 and full roof racks designed for the 80 series. Also, any rack additions that people have found usefull. I did a search and saw Photogods new rack which looks great, but thought it would be nice to get a bunch of ideas and pics in one place without stealing from his thread . I'm itching to bend some tubing so Post them up.

-I thought I would post in the 80's section because it is 80 specific, but you can move to Outfitting.

Don't have any pics but sometimes at work we make roof racks. We use 25mm square alloy tube that we bend to make a similar design to Aussie cruisers. We use expanded aluminium security mesh for a floor, 2.5mm folded sheet for the uprights and 25x6mm flat bar to go along the gutter.
