80 series spare tire mount suggestions for what i currently have

So i have the swing out, where the tire would go but like it doesn’t have the mount for the tire that would go in the middle area. any suggestions on what i can buy to get a mount for my spare? thanks

There really are only a few options.

Either source the compatible OEM tire mount. New or used.

Or have a shop, or yourself, build a tire mount onto the existing frame work.

Looks like someone altered yours. Thats just a sock photo from the internet. Would be very simple to add the bracket to hold the tire. Any fabricator should be able to make that for a couple hundred.

Kinda weird that someone modified it in that way but in addition to what everyone else has said this opens you up to use anything that's designed for a tube/rollcage mount

I agree, not sure what i can do with it other than modify it. Open to ideas on the current setup if I leave tire below

It depends on the diameter of the bar but could do something like this for Rotopax fuel/water cans.
