80-series Receiver anyone?

I'm wondering if anyone has an 80 series receiver hitch laying around I could use, and potentially buy. My 80 has a rear bumper from Up-n-Over with a bolted on 2" receiver. I'm not sure if it's up to towing, though the 4 bolts go through the rear cross member. I'd like to see if I could still get the factory reciever to bolt up or not with the current bumper. I don't know where it bolts to the frame, and if the current bumper is blocking some of the attachment points. Attached is a picture of the current setup. I want to be able to pull a pop-up, probably 3500 lbs max loaded (Jayco Baja or similar).

I have a couple of them (one is Rob's) they have trail rock cosmetic damage, scratches.
