The rear antenna mount combo pack is back in stock (I think). Just ordered a combo pack. The DS is still shown as on back order. Hmmm......
I decided to play with the ordering section a bit and the interesting thing is if I order one combo pack, it does not say back ordered. If I order two, it says back ordered! Now I'm worried!

Driver sides are at the powder coater and should be back by Wed/Thur and can ship by the end of the week.

I have my wiring and switch all in place. Just need the mounts and lights. Oh and a job to be able to have the money to buy said mounts and lights. Sigh.

I just received and installed my driver's side mount. It's a seriously nice piece of kit! Simple, well made, and nicely finished. It fit perfect. I'm very happy.

How come the bracket from the photos shows smooth surface texture where as mine is rough surface texture. Also mine is rusted to hell and the powder cost is peeling everywhere. I hope mine is an anomaly, what's the warranty on them? got them over a year ago.

Mine rusted really fast too. Not a big deal as I can just re-powdercoat, but I'm hoping my gull wing does not follow suit.

Weird, mine is definitely textured finish and not semi gloss. @NLXTACY's antenna mount is definitely semi gloss like you described, maybe it's was bad batch? Anyways I'll give you call a bit later.

No it's not weird: Read my reply: "The mounts are now powder coated in Black Semi Gloss finish." I use to get them powder coated in textured black. I don't actually do the powder coating but I make sure I stand behind my products.
What I do find weird is why you wouldn't call, text, email, PM, DM me direct with your issue.
I'm not sure if "it's was bad batch" and I wouldn't know about it or have the opportunity to take care of it if you don't contact me.
Like I said before, I like creating cool products but LOVE happy customers. In building a business it's not just about making products and selling them to make a buck. It's how you take care of the customer. That's why I encourage my customers to call me direct. It makes for a better way to resolve any issues.
I ordered up a pair (driver's and passenger's side) for my 96 LC, and installed them right away. Haven't done anything further 'yet'. Too damn hot and humid to tinker. Plans are to install work lights, or maybe one work light, and co-phase another antenna with the one mounted on the front fender. (shrugs) - Haven't decided yet, but will update this thread with pictures!
