Hit up the Long Range America boys - they had a new Kaymar dual swing rear in stock late this past fall. If they don't still have it, they can provide info on lead times for one. 
I have the Complete Toyota Factory Swing out Tire Carrier and hardware if you are interested. This is from and for an 80 series. If interested send me a Mud Message. It is considerably lower priced than a Kaymar, as it uses the stock bumper.
