Picked this up today local. 2 owner, 94, lockers. 157,000 miles.

Needs a little TLC, been sitting a lot for the last few years

Louis may sell FJ Cruiser and buy it. If he doesn't, $6500 to a club member.

I am not sure who started putting those rear light protectors and brush guards on 80s but I have seen that exact set up on more than a few 80s.

Affectionately known as the damage multipliers.

An accident with 'em causes more damage than it would have without 'em.

Are the taillight lenses smoked? It looks like a nice 80.

damnit Grogan. Prolly the only thing that could get me back into a full-bodied 80 would be maroon or navy blue. Don't care about lockers, since my next full-bodied 80 will be strictly expedition style riding.

They are smoked....strange.

it looks great for a 94. From the papers it looks like 35,000 miles my guy paid $30,000 at herrin gear in 1998 for it. Before that it was in GA.

I love low owner, and (relatively) low mile Cruisers.....:D....with lockers :)

Of course, the PO did not know what they were and they have never been switched on since he bought it in 1998, so no wonder they did not switch on.

I will be doing some digging on that. I think it means cleaning the connections on the switch...

is the light flashing? If not, the knob may not be plugged in. If it's flashing, just keep working them on and off and forward and backwards.... they'll eventually start working. Sometimes even up to 30 minutes.

Rob Wilder has what looks to be a 97 grey one at his shop but he hasn't responded to my inquiry on if it's for sale.

Nolan that one looks to be in good shape.....drive it Tuesday to the meeting?
