80 roof rack

looking for one to buy today. Going on trip this week - Anyone?

I've got MULE Expedition gutter mounts with aluminum cross bars that would work great as a roof rack. Get you an aluminum ATV ramp and bolt it to the bars for a light weight aluminum rack.

They go for $40 each. I'm looking to get $100 for them all (4 mounts) plus the two aluminum crossbars.

I bet you can make any rack work. Just have to bolt them to the cross bars or drill some holes and mount the rack directly onto the gutter mounts. I'll get some pics during lunch.

Here some pics of the mounts and cross bars. I'm actually selling them for a buddy that had them mounted on his 70 series. They are a bit dirty, but are in good shape.

Found a rack that will work - now just need to find a way to get to Austin before I leave on Thursday morning. I found a Yakima rack that should work. I am packing all day Weds, might need to get someone else to pick them up for me or pull an all nighter

I need to measure the cross bar length to see if they are wide enough for your application. They were used on a BJ70.

Are you gonna use the cross bars or do you just want to buy the gutter mounts. I can sell the mounts to you for $80 and you can then buy you some aluminum/steel tube and make them fit your truck.
