Right, I was thinking the same. Dealer called and left me a vm and asked if I could offer better than 1500 that it would be mine. Called em back and they also added that "technically" the dealership owns it, not the ins. company.
These mothertruckers have twisted their story ever since I started talkin with em.

I gave em my offer through the phone, they said they'd call me back. fackers
