The books in package 2 and 3 are also covering the hzj105 and fzj105 models, I dont think toyota had any books specific only for the 105.
They came as part of j10_ familiy, so hdj100, hzj105, uzj100 and fzj 100/105 are all together in the books.
These books are for the general & EU market, so they cover all the GCC specific stuff of your trucks also
