Did you already have shoulder belt mounts in the C pillars?
Yes but they weren't inertia reels, just adjustable lap sash belts
 
ticked a thing off my list.. bj73 front seat belts and body mounts installed for the 2nd row so they get 3point retractable inertia reels

So I've watched this video a few times now and though it'd give it a go..

And welded out. I had to come in last night before i got it all cleaned up. It's far from perfect but its not bad.

But for a noob like me its not as easy as it is made out in the video.. and I'm yet to see what access I have to pull out and clean up the inside of the panel

For the other side I'm almost tempted to cut both the outer and inner completely first.. remove the outer to cleanup inside, then weld it in.

its going to be fun but after watching this video Im thinking of forming it in two pieces..
 
There's a 40 getting round up here in that colour, looks good.
Wifes color choice.. the green kinda suits the name "Frank N. Swine"
