'78 seat tracks

Can anyone show or tell me how to disasemble the seat tracks? I took all screws out and the slider slides but won't come out.... seems to be a stop

I don’t think I was able to get mine apart. a dimple was placed to prevent them sliding out, maybe
I soaked in diesel, worked them back and forth awhile, then painted, then re-greased
