Hell Doug, you're just a stone's throw away. You may as well go check it out.

I looked at this POS last weekend. The frame is waaaaay rusty, there's lots of rust under the runs in the paint along with lots of lumpy Bondo (why sand it when you can cover it with paint ruins?). It's got a fiberglass tub, not a Gozzard. Lots of leaks underneath so you won't have to worry about your driveway rusting. I just looked at it in the driveway and didn't even bother to speak with the owner.

Oh my.
I surely don't need two rust buckets.....

Thanks for the heads-up Bob!

You lookin' for another one?

My wife wants a 40/45 to call her own. She went to CMCC with me, wheeled a little, and now wants her own Cruiser.

Nice hat!

Herb,

I thought briefly about making an offer but it wouldn't even be in the neighborhood of what he's asking so I didn't bother. The frame is just too far gone to think about it as anything other than a parts truck.

Picked up some more telephone info from Carlos the owner.

He's owned it ~ 4 years. Sez it took him a while to find this truck. Included is a soft top and doors never installed. The truck came out of Delaware (salt city).

E-Brake doesn't work and he's not to happy with the $2500 paint job which was just done. He's headed to Florida tomorrow for ~ a week for work.

Hmmm,
Cahil
