I got a new (not Toyota) cover that was 3D printed by a MUD member. I'll try too dig up his information.

Sorry, that was for my '71 FJ40. Not fun to get old. The entire assembly with lens cover is still available from Toyota - Part Number 81240-90300, you can get it for $41.70 online.
