For Sale 77 fj40 in colorado - $2600

I bought this to put a 74 body on, but I can't bear to tear up two 40's for one, so somebody with a tub is in luck.

I am just now driving this thing around and so far, except for headlights, it seems like everything works. It shifts real smooth and crawls like it should in low. Previous owner put most of the miles on it and mostly highway. The frame is perfect and appears to be weirdly cared for considering the exterior. It has undercoating on it and very little rust. Newer shocks that work also. New radiator. Windows don't even rattle. This thing is sweet! (I'm keeping the battery)
Potential delivery in Colorado for another $400 on a trailer, but with some tires it would likely drive across country.
(Previous owner was really attached to the rear door sticker

The fact it's so close by and such a deal makes me want to buy it, but that would take time away from my fj 55 project that I never get around to working on.

thanks, you should cut the 55 down to a 2 door and put it on this 40 drivetrain/frame. Seems like someone would have done that to a 55 by now. That would look really cool.
