This ride runs great and the body is in good shape with very minimal rust. Original engine and transmission/transfer were replaced with the engine and transmission/transfer case from a 1978. Engine was rebuilt about 15 years/12K miles ago. Interior bucket/floor has been Rhino coated. The interior is in great shape with original roll bars and jump seats with harnesses. After market rear Tire/HiLift Jack/Gas can rack has been installed. It also has after market front seats.
Also included: Weber carburetor, Miscellaneous body parts ( side panels, windshield frame, front fenders, hood, etc ), Roof rack, Soft top and doors, the bottom half of the doors from a 1972 ( never had time to cut them down to half doors ), and 3 to 4 boxes of miscellaneous stuff.
The original front seats are included and were reupholstered by the previous owner ( gray material ) and a bracket was made up to mount the original front seats in the back ( IE – there are a couple of big holes in the rear of the body tub for mounting the bracket ).
The stock exhaust manifold is nonexistent, the old Downey/Man-a-fre type header is installed ( three into two into one ). The tail pipe just broke recently ( the trial of a test drive ) and the exhaust system will need replacement or I may replace it in the near future.
Also, the previous owner replaced the body part ( Don’t know the name – rear still ? ) in the rear tub beneath the ambulance doors with a piece of angle iron – It’s a lot sturdier but there are some fit problems.
The right side fender appears to be a replacement part ( CCOT – I’m not sure ) – I do have a pair of original finders from a 72 that are included in the price.
The mirrors are replacement parts from specter – I’ve never had one with original mirrors.
