I thought I got lucky with some newer seatbelts but they don't match up to my truck. They were pulled from a 1991 Land Cruiser FJ75 Fire engine that is a few months earlier than my truck but the seat belt mechanism is different. Is there any way of making this work? Everything lines up except the bottom portion which you can see from the pictures are longer and have a different angle, I don't see any way of changing the vehicle to make it work as it goes past the flat area of the seatbelt area.

I am not assuming these will work, so does anyone know someone who needs a set before I list these on yahoo auctions? And most importantly where I could purchase either a set of black or grey seat belts for a 75 series troopy?

I'd drill out the spot welds on the lower bracket and move it up, then re-weld.

The ones I ended up buying did, if I remember correctly. I tried fitting ones I had from a 86 BJ70 and they were all around wrong. You will have to read through since I don’t remember anymore
do you still have bj70 seatbelts? were they rear ones? I am looking for rear seatbelts for bj73
