Wanted 75 or older 40 in southern ca

I'm looking for an fj40 in southern california. Must be 75 or older because i dont want to deal with fawking smog. I've tried Craigslist and everything is either so cheap that it disappears in 10 seconds or the guy wants twice what the rig is worth and won't budge on the price. I don't even care if it's a parts rig for $500-$1000 (as long as it has a clear title) or a decent runner. Nothing fancy. Stock is best but no rust issues please. So if you have or know of a decent rig at a fair price please let me know.
