I have always assumed that the ute and troopy chassis frames are different for the hj/fj75 . In the manual it has a diagram for the fj,bj, hj 75v and the fj,bj, hj 75 p. The 'P' stands for pickup, 'v' for van? The'p' diagram has mount bolts all in line for a tray.
I looked at a fellas rear cross member on a hj75 ute at the servo, it looks the same as the troopy, didn't have a measure tape on me.?
